China Inc: How the Growing State Sector Affects Business in China

China appears to be privatizing, but what is the actual “wealth ownership breakdown” between the state and society and what are the trends? How large is China’s state sector wealth? As China's economy grows, who is gaining a larger share of income: the government, urban households, or rural farmers? Professor Chen will talk on the existing and changing wealth ownership structure between the state and society and what this means for private and foreign enterprises in China.
