Company Specific Programs

Company Specific Programs (CSP) provided by Cheung Kong Executive Development Programs are tailor-made for an individual company (or sometimes a group of companies) according to its special needs. These programs provide a training ground that aids in aligning a company's specific corporate strategy with its organizational development . Company Specific Programs can help the executives and managers of a company develop a common language and shared understanding , facilitating an improvement in the company's overall management competencies within a short period of time.

Curriculum System

Company Specific Programs are divided into single module and multi-module programs. Single module programs aim to upgrade participants’ management skills for a certain functional area and generally last three or four days. Multi-module programs typically span several months or a year and covers a broad range of core management areas. The multi-module program focuses on developing participants’ overall management performance through leadership and general management training.

We have successfully developed and delivered Company Specific Programs for a number of multi-national corporations and Chinese state-owned and private enterprises. In 2004, we successfully cooperated with the Jiangsu Radio & TV Group and delivered a one-year “Executive Diploma in Media Management” program, introducing advanced media management theories and experiences to senior media industry executives. In 2006, we worked with Johnson & Johnson Medical (China) Ltd. to launch an eight-month “Executive Diploma in Hospital Management” Program for senior hospital administrators to integrate their medical expertise with management skills, thus improving their performance and efficiency.

In addition to the above, we also provide customized, problem-centered consultative training services in response to a client company’s desire to solved defined and urgent problems. Through in-depth communication and analysis , we help companies identify the cause of problems and design a problem-solving solution.
