Introduction
Dr. Lode Li is Professor of Operations Management at CKGSB. He is also Professor of Operations Management at Yale School of Management, Yale University. He also taught at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Northwestern University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Courses he has taught included Game Theory, Supply Chain Management, Services Management and Time-based Competition, Manufacturing Policy and Competitiveness, Spreadsheet Modeling and Simulation and Cost Accounting. Dr. Li received Ph D. in Management Economics and Decision Sciences from Northwestern University in 1984.
Research Area
Dr. Lode Li has research interests in operations management and strategy, game theory, stochastic process and control, supply chain management, service operations, and management of international manufacturing networks.
Achievements
He has co-authored some chapters of Business Applications of Game Theory and Supply Chain Structures: Coordination, Information and Optimization and published widely in the fields of operations management, management science, economics and accounting. Dr. Li's research was funded by the Sloan Foundation and Hong Kong Research Foundation, and he was awarded an honorary Master of Arts by Yale University. Dr. Li is also a member of the Institute for Management Science and Operations Research.
