Introduction
Dr. Yu-Sheng Zheng is Professor of Operations Management at CKGSB and serves as Associate Dean of the School. He is also Professor of Operations and Information Management at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has taught at undergraduate, MBA and Ph.D. levels.
Research Area
His research interests include inventory management, supply chain management, manufacturing operations, service operations and financial models.
Achievements
Most of Dr. Zheng's research results have been published in world's leading academic journals. He has been an associate editor of Operations Research and Management Science for many years, and also served on the editorial board of Manufacturing and Service Operations Management. He has provided consulting service to numerous multinational companies such as IBM, Teradyne Inc, Voice of Europe, Corporate Decisions, Inc. and Vanguard Group. Dr. Zheng is a frequently invited speaker at major international academic and industrial conferences.
