Introduction
Dr. Zhou Qiren is a Professor of Economics at CKGSB. He earned his Ph.D. in 2000 from UCLA. He was elected as "the most popular teacher" in Peking University. During the 1990s, he served as a visiting scholar respectively at University of Oxford in U.K., University of Colorado and University of Chicago in the United States.
Research Area
His research interests cover property rights and contractual agreement, institutional change, theory of the firm, regulation and regulatory reform.
Achievements
He has published widely on leading academic journals, including Economic Studies, International Economic Review, Comparative Studies, and Management World. He also won Sun Yefang Economics Prize in 1980s.

Professor Zhou's major publications include Reform under the Institutional Innovation, Competition among telecommunications, Economics in the Real World, Property Right and Institutional Change, and Income is a Series of Events.
