Introduction

Dr. Zeng is Professor of Strategy and Academic Director of Executive Education Programs at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. He severed on the faculty at INSEAD from 1998 to 2004, and also has been working closely with leading Chinese companies including Haier, Legend, TCL and Alibaba.

Strategies of Chinese Companies, Competition and Cooperation Between Chinese and Multinational Firms, Global Competition Strategy

 
Achievements

His research has published widely in world's leading management journals like Academy of Management Review, Organization Science and Journal of International Business Studies. Additionally, his case on "Haier's acquisition strategy" won the prestigious Pedro Nueno prize of the 2000 European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) Case Competition, and is widely used at most business schools. His recent book, "Dragons at Your Door", published by Harvard Business Review, analyzed the globalization strategy of Chinese firms.
