- To borrow library books, alumni must apply for an Alumni Library Card.

How to Apply for a Cheung Kong GSB Alumni Library Card
|

| All Cheung Kong GSB alumni are eligible to apply for an Alumni Library Card. |
| Applicants should fill in Cheung Kong GSB Alumni Library Card Application Form and submit the following materials to the library: |
- 2 photographs (1" x 1.5")
- 1 copy of your Cheung Kong GSB Diploma
- Receipt of a RMB 15000 bank transfer

How to Renew the Alumni Library Card

The Alumni Library Card is valid for one year from the date of issue and can be renewed. |

To renew the Alumni Library Card, the applicant must fill in the Renewal Application Form, or directly send the request to library@ckgsb.edu.cn |

How to Replace Lost or Damaged Library Cards
|
| |
Please report lost or stolen cards immediately to avoid being held responsible for materials checked out to your card by a third party. There is no charge to replace an Alumni Library Card. |

How to Cancel Your Alumni Library Card

The Alumni Library Card can be withdrawn at any time. To apply for withdrawal, you must: |

The RMB 1,500 deposit will be returned to your bank account when the withdrawal application is accepted.The Alumni Library Card holder must comply with the library's general rules. |
