Within Diversified Consulting Projects (DCPs), teams of Cheung Kong students serve as consultants to corporate firms and professional organizations on a variety of key business issues. Through different DCPs, our MBA students acquire real world experience that helps them to transform academic strengths into professional advantages under the supervision of faculty advisers. Students work on a range of projects, including strategic planning, marketing and feasibility studies, financial analysis, and operational evaluations.

DCPs enable Cheung Kong MBA students to gain additional exposure to current business challenges and management practices. Our students design, develop, and execute projects together with participating organizations and their faculty advisors.
