Introduction

Dr. Weldon is also a tenured Associate Professor of Management at Indiana University. She also has teaching experience at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, IMD International, Nankai University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management of Northwestern University, and the University of Illinois. She has received numerous teaching and research awards. Her work has been published in leading academic journals like Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes and so on. Additionally, Dr. Weldon is also the member of Academy of Management, American Psychological Association, Academy of International Business, and Society for Human Resource Management, and has rich experience in executive development education.
