Introduction

Dr. Xie received her Ph.D. from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. She also taught at University of Toronto (with tenured). Her research has been published in numerous internationally recognized journals like Academy of Management Journal. Additionally, Dr. Xie served as member for the International Theme Committee of the Academy of Management since 2000. She was also the Chair of the Evaluation Committee for International Paper Award of the Academy of Management, and serves as the overseas Counselor for the Society of Shanghai Behavioral Science, China.
