Since its inception in 2003, the Case Center of Cheung Kong GSB has built a qualified team and an effective workflow under the guidance of its strategic development plan. Also, the focus of the Case Center's work agenda has been to build effective communications between the faculty members and the business-case developers and interactions between Cheung Kong GSB and China's mainstream enterprises. The Center has produced a considerable number of business cases to meet the needs of the school's faculty members and some outside users.
As the incubator of innovative business-cases influencing the management practices in the real business world, Cheung Kong Case Center is devoted to serving China's national enterprises and those MNCs having a stake in the China market. Under the guidance of the most up-to-date management thought fit for both the West and the East, the Center will focus its attention on the real situation and conditions that Chinese businesses are facing.
